Willowood Manor Tenant Selection Plan

This document provides an overview of the policies, guidelines, and requirements under which we operate. We operate under the criteria set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in accordance with the Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plan.

Please note that both the Rental and Supplemental Applications are required by HUD. The supplemental application can be completed online and then printed out. Please contact us if you have any questions on these forms. Click the buttons below to being the application process or to review our documents.
